Internally:
At ground level there is a double garage with electric door, a shower / utility room with wc and washbasin, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer (for cool drinks around the pool), and internal staircase to the middle floor.

The middle floor consists of a large hall, a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and an open fireplace. There is also a double bedroom with large fitted storage cupboards, a shower room with wc and washbasin. The spacious kitchen and dining room are also on this floor.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, two ovens, microwave, hob (electric and gas), dishwasher, marble worktops The dining room has a double sofa bed for additional sleeping and patio doors opening out to a veranda. An electric canopy enables you to eat on the veranda in cool shade.

The top floor has two further bedrooms; a twin room with large fitted storage cupboards and patio doors to a balcony with sea and mountain views and the main double bedroom which has a walk-in dressing room with fitted cupboards and a balcony with sea and land views. These two bedrooms have wooden floors.

The main bathroom is well appointed with double sinks set in a marble top, an exceptionally large bath with shower and wc.

The villa has air-conditioning and central heating (at extra cost, payable locally ). The windows and patio doors have electric shutters.

Externally:
Entrance to the property is through an electric main gate and small side gate. The garden is laid out with lawn, palm trees, tropical plants and shrubs. A 50-ft well is situated in one corner providing water for irrigation. The large private pool (11m-5m), with underwater lighting, is surrounded by extensive patio areas for sun bathing. Garden lights illuminate the area.
